....Apple Cider Vinegar

...so I have been hearing all the hipe about using apple cider vinegar to clean out the toxins & get rid of belly fat.... well...let me just tell you there are all kinda of info out there good bad & otherwise..... so I decided to try it.

...I watched the video by Dr Eric Berg...of all the videos out there this one provided the most info..sooooooo  weighing in at two dollars & thirty nine cents on Sunday 10/8/17....I mixed up my first batch of apple cider vinegar...  8oz water  2T organic unfiltered apple cider vinegar  2t lemon juice  2 t 100% black cherry juice......mixed it together & drank 8 oz......

...within about 30 min my belly was a little upset..not bad.......within in and hour I was full of energy.......I drank this tasty crap 3 times a day everyday for an entire week...... during that week I did drink a little soda..ate some sugary crap & some carbs....but I did try to watch what I ate.....I have to say I did feel good all week....

...the following Saturday we went out of town..I juiced in the morning but didn't juice again until Sunday afternoon......when I weighed in on Monday 10/16 I had lost 3#!  Yes I did. So I keep on keeping on.......I will let you know how this apple cider vinegar things works for me...

UPDATE - 10/22/17....after a week of eating way too much junk......and not doing my vinegar thing 3x days.....i had less energy  & ate sugar sugar sugar.....this morning I man back where I started...but no fear I am back on the wagon.....lets see where I am this time next week...wish me luck!
